Hun publishes fatuous drivel

Oh, and before anyone thinks I'm suddenly fond of News - shame to the Herald Sun for publishing this fatuous piece of bigoted drivel from moronic famewhore John Heard, the gay catholic who reckons that just because he doesn't want to get married, other gays shouldn't have the right either.

That's seriously his argument. And the Hun ran it yesterday under the banner heading "Gays don't want marriage", giving Heard a quarter of a page to tell the incredulous gays who are fighting for equal rights what they do and don't actually want. The bizarre thing is that he's been running this line for years, and has had it repeatedly pointed out to him that OBVIOUSLY THERE ARE PLENTY OF GAYS WHO WANT TO GET MARRIED OR THERE WOULDN'T BE A FREAKING DEBATE ABOUT IT, by definition, and yet he stubbornly persists with it. Unbelievable.

Which reminds me. Heard was also recently apparently in Melbourne giving a variation on this stupid theme - defence of discrimination against gays - to lawyers for which they would have gained one continuing legal education point. From listening to Heard's idiotic rants!

It beggars belief that this man has any pulpit at all. Shame anyone who validated his presentation for a CLE point, and shame the Hun for wasting your readers' time with such utter crap.
